
Fulfillment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
Fulfillment Policy:
Upon enrolling in the Empower Your Purpose program, clients will receive:

Weekly individual coaching sessions, each one hour in length, delivered consistently over a 6-month period.

A midway progress report to track and support your development.

Ongoing access to coaching support via text and email throughout the duration of the 6-month program.
All coaching sessions must be completed within 6 months from the initial sign-up date.
Cancellation Policy:
Clients may reschedule coaching sessions by providing at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions canceled or missed without sufficient notice may be forfeited at the discretion of the coach.
If the client wishes to cancel their enrollment in the Empower Your Purpose program entirely, written notification must be provided via email.
Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of the coaching services provided, refunds are available under the following conditions:

Within 14 Days of Enrollment: Clients may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial enrollment, provided that no coaching sessions have been attended. If coaching sessions have already commenced, a partial refund will be considered on a prorated basis. The prorated refund will equal the total amount paid minus the value of completed sessions, calculated based on a weekly session rate.

After 14 Days of Enrollment: No refunds will be provided after the initial 14-day period has passed. However, clients may discuss options for transferring or delaying services with the coach on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed and returned to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
Refunds will not be provided for any sessions already completed.
Liability:
Participation in Empower Your Purpose coaching sessions is voluntary. Andy Hansen assumes no liability for any injury, emotional, physical, or otherwise, incurred during or in connection with participation in the program.
