This guided meditation is the property of Joe Dispenza, and I claim no ownership over it, and no money will be accepted in exchange for participation.
The meditation uses music, feeling, and visualization to align us with the frequencies of abundance, freedom, and opportunity. This amplifies these energies within us and also purifies any energy that does not align with these elevated frequencies.
If you have a meditation cushion, bring it! It will be useful to sit comfortably for as long as you can. The meditation itself is about an hour.
