About the event

The portals to actualization and transcendence are hidden in the unconscious programming of the shadow.

This lecture integrates Shadow Work with developmental psychology. We will clearly and functionally define the shadow and develop language that we can use to make sense of our "lower" nature.

We will discuss techniques and frameworks to work with trauma so that we can integrate fractured parts of our psyche into wholeness, allowing these "arrested" fragments of consciousness to develop.

We will explore Internal Family Systems, Parts Work, Spiral Dynamics, Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, and the work of Carl Jung so that we can relate to our shadow with openness and curiosity.

This class is perfect for anyone interested in inner work, regardless of time spent on the path.

Bring a notebook and a mug for Chaga tea if you'd like.

The class will begin with a presentation/lecture then open up for questions and evolve into a group discussion. Come and go as you please.
