How to Use Notion to set Authentic Goals

This workshop is designed for people who want to feel connected to and intrinsically motivated by their goals.

I believe that entrepreneurs benefit most from this type of work, but that’s not necessary for participation.

We’ll very briefly explain what Notion is and why I’m using this tool, then we’ll jump right into the process, which involves looking at the highs and lows of 2023 for you and exploring them relationally.

We’re leveraging technology, shadow work, and nonviolent communication to create goals that emerge out of our intrinsic values.
