About the event

I would love to keep this pay what you can. I have to pay to rent the space, which costs $100.  I would like to average $25pp. If you can pay a bit more, it will be reinvested into future events to build the AR community in Minneapolis. These events sell out.

They're called Authentic Relating (AR) Games, and they can bring more aliveness into your relationships.

Learn playful tools for deep connection.

We use:

1. A Facilitator to keep things on track

2. Group dynamics

3. Prompts

To keep the conversation from veering into mundane, disconnected content.

It's clear when it is your turn to talk, listen, ask questions, or give feedback.

And when it is not.

If you crave deep connection, experience social anxiety, and are sometimes unsatisfied with the quality of your conversations, AR can help you never have a boring conversation again.

What to expect:

1. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early. We will start at 5

2. We'll open with grounding breathwork to fully arrive

3. Opening facilitated circle

4. Partnered relational activities

The rules:

1. Lean into your edges

2. Check your assumptions

3. Assume positive intent

4. Take care of yourself

5. Don't instigate conflict, don't avoid it
