About the event

Did you learn how to communicate your emotions growing up?

Bring more aliveness into your relationships with Authentic Relating. Dubbed "Improv for the Soul" by Sara Ness, this practice is perfect for those who experience social anxiety, loneliness, and lack of connection.  Feel a sense of possibility as you expand your sense of self through conversation.

Be Real. Create Connection.

"Authentic Relating uses exercises, or games, to teach the skills necessary to quickly create deep, meaningful human connection."

- The Atlantic

Meet your need for connection, being seen, heard, and community.  Never have a boring conversation again.  This practice is still new in the Twin Cities, and we are working to build and establish a community so that this can be more accessible to everyone.

Be a part of a new community and help us build it to last.

This is a games night. We will play games like "curiosity", "empathy", "hot seat", and more to guide the conversations deep, and then deeper still. People report saying things out loud that they haven't even let themselves think before.

No prior experience is needed.

"I got a lot of new insights in how to view things in my own life after someone reflected back to me." - Bethany F, after playing the Empathy game
